A Living Learning Centre (LLC) is an "on the ground working demonstration" and learning centre of healthy sustainable lifestyles, for people of all ages and backgrounds. Living Learning Centers will be designed appropriate to their location and built to work with the environment and support the local community. While they may often be predominantly agricultural and architectural education facilities, they will incorporate elements of the arts and physical and spiritual wellbeing in an holistic learning environment.

In nature, every plant and animal (including human beings) has a purpose.

That unique purpose may be 'hidden' (from them and us), but it is generally a design function of ensuring it's survival, and the survival of our planet.

When you study nature you quickly see it is a demonstration of abundance and diversity.

There is no scarcity in nature ... in fact "scarcity" no longer exists on our planet.

Since the early 1970's, we have had the capacity, and the knowhow to cloth, feed and house every human being on earth at a higher standard of living than the majority of people have ever imagined.

But that hasn't happen yet, you might be saying, and you're right ... but there are currently well over 100 million individuals and groups around the world working towards transforming our existence.

An important part of Your Healthy Planet.com's mission and the structure we refer to includes establishing, supporting, managing and partnering holistic education centers, where young people in particular will come and get involved, learn and go back home and create sustainability in their own neighborhood.

The Friends of Tagari project can realise our first Living Learning Center in Australia and because of it's history and heritage become a landmark center for education. This, like most worthwhile projects requires community involvement and we are excited at the possibility. We hope you are too.

We are currently working to secure our first Living Institute to be located in the Tweed Valley, NSW, within a 60 minute drive of the Gold Coast International Airport.

This would make it accessable to International stakeholders and visitors, plus easy access for National stakeholders and visitors and our local stakeholders.

To secure this property (or a similar property) we require 365 "Friends of Tagari" who are each willing and able to invest US$100/month (AU$125/mth) into the restoration of this valuable property over a period of two years.
